Collecting your turf
Collection is free from our collection point near Newcastle Airport. Order online, pick a day, and the address and directions arrive with your confirmation.
How collection works

Order online
Enter your size, choose collection and pick a day from the calendar. Collections run Monday to Friday.

Check your confirmation
It has the full address of our collection partner, with clear directions.

Count and load
Count your rolls before you drive away and load them safely. Once you leave, the order is taken as complete.
Order by 2pm the working day before your delivery or collection at the latest, but please order as far in advance as you can to avoid disappointment. On occasion, later ordering may be possible where a date shows as available.
Bringing the right vehicle
Turf is heavy, especially after rain. Check your vehicle's payload before you come, and split a big order across two trips or two vehicles if you need to. A van or a pickup suits a large lawn; an estate car with the seats down can manage a small one.
Put a sheet or tarpaulin down first. Fresh turf is damp and sheds soil.
Why the address isn't listed here
Collections are by order only, from a partner's site, so there's nobody waiting to serve walk-ins. The address goes out with every collection order so you know exactly where to go.

Can someone else collect for me?
Yes. They just need your order reference.
Can I turn up without ordering?
Please order online first. Collections are by order only and your turf is cut for the day you choose.
Is there a discount for collecting?
Collection is free, so you only pay for the turf. There's no separate collection discount.
