We collect the details we need to deal with your order, quote or message, use them for that, share them only with the services that help us, and never sell them.
What we collect and why
Orders
Your name, email, phone number, postcode, delivery address if you choose delivery, your chosen day and any access notes. We use them to take payment, prepare and deliver or hand over your turf, and contact you about the order.
Turf laying quotes
Your name, contact details, address and postcode, plus anything else you tell us, such as the garden size, a preferred date or photos. We use them to price the job and talk to you about it.
Messages
Your name, contact details, postcode and message, so we can reply.
How we contact you
We contact you about your order, quote or enquiry, and about relevant services when you've ticked the box on our forms to say that's OK. We may do this by email, phone call, text message or similar.
You can change your contact preferences or opt out at any time by contacting us.
Who helps us
Card payments are processed by our payment provider, and we never see your full card details. Our order and enquiry systems store your details so we can deal with them, and our team and delivery drivers see only what they need. If you allow analytics cookies, Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity receive information about how the website is used, not your order details.
We don't sell your details or pass them to anyone for their own marketing, and we'd only share them otherwise if the law required it.
How long we keep them
Order records are kept for 6 years for our accounts and to deal with later questions. Enquiries and quote requests that don't lead to an order are kept for 6 years. Photos of your garden are kept for 6 years. If we lay your lawn, we may take before-and-after photos as our turf laying terms explain.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of the details we hold about you, ask us to correct them, or ask us to delete details we no longer need. Contact us and we'll deal with it as soon as we can. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, please tell us first; you can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
