Do I need to be in when the turf arrives?
No. We'll message your mobile and email when your turf is ready for delivery or collection, and again once it's been delivered or collected, although the message may not arrive at the exact moment it's left. Count your rolls once they've been left and before you start laying.
My house faces a footpath, not a road. Can you deliver?
The rolls go to the closest suitable and accessible point, often a parking bay. Plan how you'll get them to the garden.
