Fitting it round bookings
Pick a delivery day in a gap between guests and make sure someone can lay it that day. New turf needs keeping off while it roots, so leave yourself a clear spell before the next booking if you can.
If a caretaker or gardener is laying it, give them your order reference so they can check the rolls.
Remote properties
Holiday cottages are often down farm tracks or behind gates. Put the full approach in your access notes so the driver knows where to go.

Can I order for a property I'm not at?
Yes. Enter the property address for delivery and your own email for the confirmation.
Do I need to be in when the turf arrives?
No. We'll message your mobile and email when your turf is ready for delivery or collection, and again once it's been delivered or collected, although the message may not arrive at the exact moment it's left. Count your rolls once they've been left and before you start laying.
